About Us

Jeanette is a Professional Consultant whose passion is working with seniors and families to guide them through the many life choices they face as they age. She believes in presenting all possible options available to her clients, whether it’s for a later life transition, planning to age in place in their home, or navigating an unexpected crisis. Jeanette emphasizes that seniors should maintain control and have a voice in making important decisions affecting their lives, ensuring their dignity is preserved.

She firmly believes that to make the best decisions, her clients need to be aware of all choices available and the pros and cons of each.
Some years ago, Jeanette experienced a healthcare emergency in her own family when her father faced a healthcare crisis. As the only sibling living near her parents, the responsibility fell to her.

At that time, she knew very little about the Ontario healthcare system and the many challenges seniors face in accessing care. She sought guidance from traditional sources and quickly discovered there was little help available. This experience prompted her career change, focusing on helping seniors navigate their transitions with compassion and clarity.

Since 2014, Jeanette has been on a quest for learning. She has worked in Retirement Living, with a Geriatric Care Management team focused on helping seniors find their way out of complicated situations, and most recently, for a Home Care Agency.

Jeanette is a customer-focused solutions executive who brings more than 30 years of experience in customer service and problem-solving across diverse industries to her work with seniors. Her focus and “out of the box thinking” for solving complex problems have been some of her greatest strengths. This, coupled with her ability to listen, empathize, mediate, and connect with her clients, helps her find solutions to many challenging and complex situations.

Jeanette has built a strong network of over 200 trusted professionals, including estate lawyers, home care agencies, real estate agents, and more, which she regularly refers clients to.
This network, along with Fluid Senior Transitions’ membership in Elder Care Planners of Canada, enhances her ability to offer seamless, comprehensive support to seniors across Ontario, ensuring access to specialized resources for their unique needs.
